• Develop and conduct training for all Coway Technician

• Create and develop training modules and material to set up the standard competencies of their knowledge, skill, and attitude based on the Company requirement

• Create evaluation report of every CT Education Program

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from reputable University
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
• Have experience at least 1 year in engineering field
• Good Communication in English will be an advantage
• Outgoing and attractive person, able to motivate others
