• Develop and conduct training for Cody Leader Team
• Create and develop training modules and material to set up the standard competencies of their knowledge, skill, and attitude based on company requirement
• Create evaluation report of every Cody Leadership Education Program

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from reputable University
• Preferably have specialize in Training and Development
• Preferable have experience in Education Leadership Program
• Good communication in English will be advantage
• Outgoing and attractive person, able to motivate others
• Have ability to use Ms Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
