Manage, handle, and review all tax taxation matters (including tax compliance, tax audit, tax objection, and tax appeal) within the Company
Responsible for tax monthly reconciliation between GL, fiscal vs commercial reconciliation
Lead and liaise daily with tax staff to verify tax invoices from suppliers, monthly, yearly reports, and activity related to all tax calculation, payment, and reporting, and must always update tax regulations.
Supervise and organize the tax team to work efficiently and efficiently
Ensure the completeness data for a new supplier or customer (NPWP, PKP, etc)
Ensure the completeness and validity of the CoD DGT form from overseas suppliers
Development and implementation tax strategic planning to deal with tax authorities inquiries and corporation tax matters
Providing advice to the company’s tax issue, find out issues and news related to tax policy that may have direct/indirect effects on Company
Handle Transfer Pricing matter to provide the company’s obligation of TP Documentation (if any)
Calculate estimated tax payment based on the company annual plan for monthly installment purpose and revise the installment, if as and when necessary
The person in charge of communication with the AR Tax Officer and Tax Auditor for the relevant tax-related matters
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax from a reputable university
Able and familiar to operate Microsoft Office, ERP System, and any Accounting software
Must have Certification of Brevet A & B. USKP A&B is an advantage
English is a must (Both verbal and written intermediate level)
Minimum 4 Year(s) of working experience in a multinational company (retail industry Preferred)
Understand taxation law (Withholding Tax, VAT, Final Tax, CIT, etc)
Excellent knowledge and ability to operate e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Billing, e-Butpot, and related tax databases for Income tax calculation.
Excellent understand of accounting journal
Preferable from Consulting focus to handle tax
Have a good and clear understanding of prevailing tax law and related government regulations and their implementations in Indonesia
Must have strong discipline, teamwork, responsibility, integrity, obey with Company’s rules.
